Yes, all our products are animal cruelty free.
Do you have a contact number?
To get in contact with us please use our contact form. We currently do not have a phone number you can contact us on.
Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
We are always looking at innovative products to add to the Feather Sisters Collection, please subscribe to our email if you wish to stay up to date with new product announcements.
PRODUCTS
Can I test the products before buying them online?
Unfortunately, we are currently only selling our products online and in selected salons, which may or may not have testers available.
May I buy products directly at your warehouse?
No, at this stage we do not have a pickup service available to the public.

The product I’m looking for is out of stock, when will new stock be in?
Please be subscribed to our mailing list for product updates or find the expected delivery time frame of new stock arrival in the products description.
My Microblading Brow Pen appears to have dried out upon receiving it or using it for not long at all, what do I do?
It is rare but sometimes through travel or extended use the wick can appear to be dry, in this case we recommend turning it upside down with the lid on and leaving it for 30 minutes or overnight to reabsorb the ink. Please always make sure your lid is put back on securely after every use.
How do I wash my Lash Extension Eye Mask?
If your lash mask needs washing, please do not machine wash or tumble dry. Use cold gentle hand wash only and natural air drying.

How do I place my order online?
Click the ‘Shop Now’ button or head to the product page on the website and follow the steps through to checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been purchased as all orders go straight to fulfillment for a prompt delivery.
I am facing problems trying to order, how can I get help?
Please send a message through our contact form if you have any technical issues when ordering on our site.
Will I receive my items in one package?
We try to send your order in the one parcel and if you have ordered more than the bag will handle, we will send it to you in two parcels and provide you with two tracking numbers.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
I made a mistake on my shipping address, can I change it?
Please contact us through our contact form right away as we try to ship out our orders promptly.
Will I get a tracking number after making an order?
Yes all orders will receive a tracking number, please check your spam/junk email if you do not see it instantly in your inbox.
Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes, please enter the shipment address under ‘shipping address’ and then fill in your billing address under ‘billing address’.
My tracking information shows my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number so they can locate your parcel for you.
Do I have to pay taxes, customs, or duties on my order?
Please refer to your countries custom laws and related fees, in regards to importing products from Australia. Taxes are not included in your cost of purchase.

PAYMENT AND CHECKOUT
I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?
Feather Sisters has the right to change their prices and hold sales where the item may be discounted. Unfortunately, we do not honour the discounted price on any orders placed prior to a sale or price change.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Afterpay and PayPal.
What steps does Feather Sisters take to prevent credit card fraud?
Our site is securely encrypted so you can feel safe knowing that all your payment details are secure when purchasing on our site.
What currency will be used when I place my order?
Under normal circumstances, you will be charged in your local currency at the current AUD exchange rate. A small conversion fee of roughly 3% may also be incurred.
The price is different when I check out to when I was shopping?
As we are an Australian based business, the checkout amount will be seen in AUD.
